Stay Focused and Stay Active This Easter

 

All you have to do is remember how well you’ve done so far this year and how disappointed you’ll feel if, post-Easter, if you find that you are back to where you started.

This doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself, it just means being firmer with yourself and having some self-discipline and not over indulging on those chocolate Easter eggs and hot crossed buns.

Don’t use the Easter break as an excuse to neglect your health and fitness. Stay active this Easter and make your four-day weekend an active and healthy one, you will feel much happier that you have stuck to your health and fitness goals when Tuesday comes and the bank holiday is over.
